At Something Different Gift Shop, we want you to be delighted with your unique finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products remain in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Gift

  Securely package the items in their original box with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
